Coach / Cars

The network of streets and highways is excellent and well tended. You can cross the boarder at 24 hours a day on major crossing points.

Air

Vienna is Austria's main airport, but you can also fly to Linz, Salzburg, Klagenfurt or Graz. Austrian Airlines (AUA), a holding company that includes Lauda Air and Tyrolean Airlines as well, flies to numerous international destinies.

Train

The Austrian Federal Railway network has the length of about 5,700 km and connects all major national and international cities. Annually, the railway carries about 182 million passengers. It is comfortable, modern and reliable.

Boat

Various providers operate several routes on the Danube. Cruise and excursion services are also available on a number of Austria's lakes.
